Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a part-time Cook to join our on-site team at the airport in Denver. You will work in a fast-paced, diverse dining environment, following brand standards and recipes to prepare and serve meals to travelers.

As a valued team member, you will maintain food safety, assist with inventory, and help ensure an outstanding guest experience. Medical benefits, PTO, and other perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Maintains food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to follow recipes and portion food accurately.
• Handles knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keeps a clean, organized work station and adheres to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to 100% recipe adherence, seasoning, cooking, tasting and serving.
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain proper dating and rotation of stored items.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food-safety regulations.
• Support guests with timely and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
