ABM is seeking a supervisor on the American Airlines account at Los Angeles International Airport. You will oversee a team of front-line agents, ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and client standards while coordinating schedules and daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, coaching, and adherence to policies. Eligible for incentive programs, a high school diploma or GED is required, with comfortable use of Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and handle problems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.
• Adhere to all ADA non-discrimination requirements.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures.
• Assist Managers to achieve strong operational performance.
• Provide guidance and interpret policies to front-line employees.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.).
• Ensure all call offs are covered.
• Manage employee lunches and breaks.
• Manage Attendance Policy.
• Participate in client briefings and communicate with Client representatives regarding operations.
• Manage daily schedules.
• Maintain daily shift reports for managers.
• Perform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable).
• Maintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Conduct service audits.
• Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure safety and security of the operation.
• Set a positive, professional example for the workforce.
• Ensure compliance with all standards and procedures.
