Job summary

Unifi is seeking entry-level cleaners to maintain safe, clean aircraft ground service facilities. Training is provided; no prior experience is required. You will join a dependable team, supporting operations with rotating shifts and a focus on safety and quality.

Team members handle cleaning tasks, restocking, and waste management, with opportunities for flight privileges after qualification and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trim.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, shampooing or vacuuming.
• Replenishes supplies within bathrooms and inventory rooms.
• Emptying trash cans or recycle bins.
• Prepare cleaning solutions to include mixing solution in containers in a safe manner, and in accordance with chemical specifications.
• Lift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays and cases of supplies to service the area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry, greater than 70lbs and constantly lift and carry up to 70 lbs; Constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Working conditions

• Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
