Job summary

Avelo Airlines is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to ensure endpoints, workstations, and operational tech are stable and secure. You will provide Tier 1–2 support, manage asset lifecycles, and partner with airport teams and vendors to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities include provisioning, inventory management, and incident escalation, with travel for deployment as needed. The role emphasizes clear ticketing, documentation, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows endpoint installation and baseline configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common endpoint, application, and peripheral issues.
• Experience with asset management and logistics (shipping/receiving, tracking, repair workflows).
• Familiarity with ITSM workflows and documenting work clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Asset Lifecycle, Logistics, and Traceability for IT equipment.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support via portals, email, and phone with ticketing.
• Coordinate OS/application/drivers provisioning and onboarding workflows.
• Manage hardware refurbishment, RMA, and vendor returns.
• Support station systems and network connectivity at airports.
