Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED certification; substitution options exist.
• One year of work experience demonstrating reading comprehension and following instructions.
• Two years clerical experience with customer contact and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track background checks; communicate with applicants and FBI as needed.
• Refer disqualifying offenses for additional vetting to the Airport Superintendent IV.
• Investigate TSA unescorted badge issuance and prepare written findings.
• Correspond with disqualified applicants and airport tenants.
• Review CHRC and FBI rap-back, verify lawful presence and watch lists.
• Explain airport ID badge procedures to tenants and provide training.
