Job summary

You will administer VelocityEHS, maintain records, and coordinate safety activities with site leadership in a fast-paced airport environment. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/tech, 5+ years' experience with MS Office and EHS systems, and the ability to pass TSA background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology or related fields.
• 5+ years' experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and VelocityEHS.
• Understanding of OSHA 501/510/511 safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership to implement HSE requirements.
• Conduct and document routine site inspections and audits.
• Maintain HSE records, incident files, and OSHA logs.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety communications; support PPE and emergencies.
• Chair the site safety committee and track action items.
• Administer VelocityEHS including reporting and investigations.
• Coordinate notifications and Workers' Compensation documentation.
• Monitor trends and drive preventive improvements.
