Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the airport and assist at the ticket area.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and baggage processing.
• Verify travel documents and assist with baggage and weight checks.
• Provide gate information and directions to passengers.
• Explain policies and help customers with lost items or delays.
