Qualifications

• Valid Georgia driver’s license; may need CDL.
• Ability to advance to Grounds Maintenance Technician II in 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine grounds maintenance such as mowing, edging and debris removal.
• Perform visual inspections and report safety hazards or deficiencies.
• Inspect and maintain grounds equipment and vehicles.
• Support outdoor projects including cleaning, sealing, and weatherproofing.
• Assist during emergencies or weather events to secure areas.
• Document activities and equipment use in work orders.
