Job summary

TDA AGH is seeking a Ground Service Agent to support passengers from the ticket counter to the tarmac. You will perform duties across ground support, including baggage handling, aircraft marshaling, and ramp operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to read and write English.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and pass pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. under federal law.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete required training before performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, seat assignment and boarding info.
• Provide accurate flight information and respond to passenger inquiries.
• Handle denied boarding professionally and arrange vouchers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline and airport regulations.
• Assist passengers with special needs during boarding and ramp operations.
• Load/unload baggage and routine aircraft services; marshal and assist with pushback.
