Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, or ability to travel as required; some license restrictions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct incoming/outgoing aircraft on taxiway to ensure safe, on-time gate entry/exit.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer baggage and cargo up to 75 lbs.
• Operate ground equipment: tugs, belt loaders, bag carts to handle baggage.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, on-time departures.
• May clean aircraft interiors and lavatories.
• Provide a positive passenger experience by greeting and assisting during check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Inform passengers about their trip and belongings; communicate travel details.
• Assist with baggage locations and passenger questions in the Baggage Service Office.
• Follow company policies to resolve issues during flight interruptions.
