Job summary

Omaha Airport Authority seeks a financial and business analyst to support forecasting, cash and investments, and capital grant reimbursements. The role partners across the organization to improve processes and drive profitable, sustainable performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting for annual plans, KPI reporting, monthly reconciliations, grant reporting (FAA programs), and procurement and lease accounting tasks. Candidates should have strong analytical and project leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, aviation, or law with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communications, organizational and management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently and with others.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems.
• Presents technical information clearly to diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting for annual budget, airline rates, and fees for tenant agreements; periodic revenue budget and other analyses.
• Assist in BSC data and KPI reporting with financial and non-financial metrics.
• Assist in reviewing monthly bank reconciliations and maintain bond/cash reports.
• Enter capital contracts and maintain project financial summaries; review vendor setup and insurance compliance.
• Assist with grant drawdowns and reporting for FAA, state grants, and TSA grants.
