The Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking an Airport Financial Analyst III to perform complex financial analysis, budget development, forecasting, and reporting to support the Airport Department in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role requires coordinating with City Finance and preparing projections for informed decision-making.

Preference given to candidates with experience in Workday and Adaptive Planning. This full-time position may be filled at Level III, II, or I based on qualifications and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or related field required.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting preferred.
• Master’s degree or certification may be required at higher levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and coordination of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Maintain budget forecasts, financial models, and multi-year projections.
• Monitor budget-to-actual results and analyze variances to inform actions.
• Prepare budget reports and forecasts for leadership and management.
• Coordinate budget amendments and internal controls with City Finance.
