Job summary

L&R Group of Companies is seeking a CSA – Janitorial/Maintenance to support parking operations in a Los Angeles location. You will clean and maintain the facility, assist customers, and care for fleet vehicles as part of a team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass physical requirements. The position offers full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or five years of similar work experience.
• Reading: ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and procedures.
• Communication: read and speak English clearly.
• Math: ability to perform basic arithmetic for reports and logs.
• Writing: ability to write statements and reports.
• Technical Skills: basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Licenses: valid driver’s license.
• Teamwork: work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in uniform.
• Keep shuttles and fleet vehicles clean inside and out.
• Wash exteriors, apply tire dressing, and clean windows.
• Clean upholstery, dispose of trash, and address odors in vehicles.
• Perform car wash and vehicle cleaning as scheduled and supervised.
• Sweep, mop, clean offices, and remove trash as assigned by management.
• Clean restrooms and elevators; sweep all facility areas.
• Greet customers, provide courteous service and directions.
• Demonstrate facility knowledge and assist customers.
• Report issues to management and comply with procedures.
