Airport Center Parking is seeking a CSA – Janitorial/Maintenance to support parking operations through facility cleaning, fleet care, and customer assistance. The role includes vehicle washing, restroom and elevator cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance tasks.

The position offers full-time and part-time benefits with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or five years of similar work experience, can read and speak English, and holds a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or five years of similar work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reading: Average-level ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations, reports, and procedures.
• Communication: Must be able to read and speak English.
• Math: Average-level ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply.
• Writing: Average-level ability to write statements and reports.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Physical: Willing to undergo and pass a physical examination when required.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and in uniform.
• Keep shuttles and fleet vehicles clean inside and out.
• Wash vehicle exteriors, apply tire dressing, and clean windows.
• Clean upholstery, seats, and floors; remove trash and debris.
• Complete vehicle washing according to schedule under supervision.
• Perform car wash and vehicle cleaning services for valet customers.
• Sweep, mop, clean offices, and remove trash as assigned.
• Clean restrooms and elevators.
• Sweep and pick up trash throughout all facility levels.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• Report customer service issues and maintenance concerns to management.
