Kenton County Airport Board is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to perform a wide range of building repairs and preventive maintenance at CVG KY Burlington, KY. The role covers framing, drywall, painting, roofing, plumbing, and door hardware, with duties including operating building systems and winter snow removal as needed.

The position requires practical experience in multiple trades, a high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct experience in two or more trades (carpentry, painting, HVAC, plumbing, locksmith, or construction).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Experience with building systems maintenance and preventive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled work in maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and facilities.
• Repair and maintain structures, framing, drywall, painting, ceilings, doors and hardware.
• Operate and monitor building systems, HVAC, waste management, and related equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and work across varying shifts as needed.
• Complete work orders and document time/material usage in asset management system.
