Job summary

Keystone Management, LLC is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to support a 24-hour operation at an airport environment. You will oversee a maintenance team, coordinate shifts, manage budgets and ensure adherence to OSHA and airport policies.

This role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication to deliver reliable facility services for hangar and terminal buildings. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, facility management, engineering or building construction or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and related building trades.
• 7–10 years of facility management experience.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
• High proficiency with CMMS software.
• Minimum of 5 years mentoring and directing employees.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1st-3rd shift technicians and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life/safety, and basic carpentry systems.
• Coordinate with other BOS departments and external contractors.
• Provide status reports to customer and maintain daily communication.
• Manage facility spend and budgets per customer requirements.
• Ensure safety policies per OSHA and airport policies are followed.
• Capture before/after photos and report to Account Director weekly.
• Develop and implement facility improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate timecards and coordinate payroll with HR.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
