Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation seeks a Facilities & Cleaning Technician at Santa Ana (KSNA) to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and employees. You will perform custodial tasks, light maintenance, and support daily FBO operations at the Santa Ana location.

Schedule is Tue–Sat, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation ranges from $26.83 to $30.00 per hour with eligibility for comprehensive Clayton Lacy Aviation benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Previous custodial, facilities, maintenance, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain the facility in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Respond to facilities requests and assist the on-site mechanic.
• Support events, visitors, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Clean and maintain offices, lounges, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Wash, detail, vacuum, and maintain customer shuttles and other vehicles.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed.
