Job summary

The City of Atlanta seeks an Emergency Management Program Administrator to lead the EOC operations for Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The role oversees the emergency management program across the airport community, advising airport leadership and coordinating with local, state, and federal partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related field.
• Emergency response experience in an EOC environment.
• Required classes: IS100, IS200, IS700, IS600, IS400.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of the Program Managers and Emergency Planners.
• Lead activation and operation of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
• Develop and manage the Airport Emergency Plan and training programs.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with NIMS and related federal guidance.
