Job summary

Unifi is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily airport operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness at the station. You will coordinate teams, monitor performance and drive reliable service for passengers and aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including disciplinary actions as required.
• Assists in recruiting, payroll, scheduling and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing, overtime, and operational/financial performance of the station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to motivate team members.
• Completes work safely following company standards.
• Reports safety/incidents and potential hazards per policy.
• Performs additional duties as assigned within the role.
