Job summary

Gate Gourmet in Seattle is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to load galley equipment onto trucks, drive to aircraft, and unload cargo. This role requires physical work, strict adherence to safety guidelines, and effective coordination with airline teams.

You must be 21 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to work any shift. A WA driver’s license and, if required, a customs seal may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to one year of work experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms; communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Loads galley equipment onto the truck.
• Drives the truck to the aircraft.
• Unloads galley equipment off the truck.
• Follows customer guidelines and safety regulations.
• Interacts with airline representatives at the aircraft.
• Communicates by radio to supervisors and dispatchers.
• Performs Truck Pre-Trip Inspections as required.
• Works as a member of a team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
