Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Process guest payments following cash handling procedures.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
• Assist with seating guests and supporting other restaurant areas as needed.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
