• Safe handling of knives, slicers and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining clean, sanitized workstations and proper dating of prepped items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items according to brand standards and recipes.
• Follow production prep list and keep records up to date.
• Restock kitchen supplies and assist with ordering as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with equipment repairs reporting to management.
• Deliver first-class dining experiences for travelers and guests.
