Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Denver is seeking an Airport Customer Service Trainer to train new hires and conduct recurrent training for wheelchair assistance teams at DEN. The role emphasizes safety, best practices, and exceptional customer service in a high‑traffic airport environment.

You will maintain training records, perform safety audits, and stay current with aviation regulations while advancing team performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated and responsible with reliable transportation.
• Prior leadership and/or training experience is required; aviation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires, equipping them with necessary skills to provide wheelchair assistance at DEN.
• Conduct recurrent training sessions to reinforce skills and ensure safety protocols and service standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, airport rules and airline safety requirements and incorporate into training.
• Maintain accurate training records in hardcopy and digital formats, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Perform safety audits regularly to identify improvements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and management to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
• Attend a two-day certification class at Prospect Academy in Dallas, TX (expenses covered), plus other airline certifications as required.
