Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Shift: A.M. and P.M. shifts

Job Summary

Lead a team of agents to deliver excellent customer service across arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and handling inquiries or complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise customer service team
  • Assist passengers with a friendly approach, including special needs support
  • Manage ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, and reservations using computerized systems
  • Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes
  • Coordinate with ramp agents for loading and unloading assistance
  • Ensure safety and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Promote safety, anti-harassment, and equal opportunity policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum age 18
  • Ability to obtain necessary airport credentials
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of relevant aviation or ground handling experience
Physical and Working Conditions
  • Lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, etc.
  • Work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and in outdoor weather conditions
