Ideal candidates are 18+, US-eligible, English proficient, and computer savvy, with a passion for customer service in a dynamic, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States; English proficiency required.
• Computer literate with good communication and listening skills.
• Customer service mindset; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport.
• Experience how to effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
• Enjoy the opportunity to professionally interact with high-profile passengers.
• Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
