Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services at JFK seeks motivated individuals for full time and part time ground operations roles. You will learn the behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and rotate through check-in, lobby, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas to support on-time performance.

Paid training is provided, and you will join a dynamic, friendly team. Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and proficient in English; additional languages

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport.
• Experience how to effectively navigate through challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
• Interact with high-profile passengers professionally.
• Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
