Job summary
VIP Hospitality LLC is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Ambassador) to support passengers and airport staff at the Orlando International Airport. You will provide accurate information, directions, and friendly assistance to create a positive airport experience.
Ideal candidates are energetic, able to stay composed under pressure, and willing to proactively assist guests. The role includes reporting facility concerns and ensuring smooth operations across assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year airport or 2 years general customer service experience.
- Must be proactive and engaging throughout shift.
- Must be able to smile and engage with guests.
- Remain calm, empathetic, and helpful with passengers and team members.
- Able to stand/move/sit for up to 10 hours.
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Able to obtain SIDA badge.
- Able to pass a drug screen.
- Fluent or near-fluent English.
- Ability to speak another language besides English.
- Proficient with hardware and software (phones, tablets, PCs).
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information and clear directions to passengers, visitors, and airport staff.
- Deliver friendly, welcoming airport experiences and assist throughout the day.
- Identify and report facility concerns or stakeholder issues to maintain smooth operations.
