Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent - MOT (PT) in Minot, ND. This part-time, non-exempt role provides first-class customer service to passengers and handles baggage-related tasks on a morning and/or afternoon shift.

You will assist with baggage pickup, resolve issues with delayed or damaged items, and use computer systems to track luggage while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Local (in-state) resident preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass ramp training to obtain airport security access.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 70 pounds regularly.

• Must be able to lift/carry / push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid In-State Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
