Job summary

Alaska Airlines is seeking a Station Agent for our airport teams. The role blends customer service and ramp responsibilities to keep flights running safely and efficiently.

You will assist guests, handle ticketing and boarding, and service aircraft on the ground in a fast-paced environment. This union-represented position requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or community service experience.
• Must hold a valid unexpired U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English language proficiency and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with travel needs, including ticketing, check-in and boarding.
• Service aircraft on ground, including loading/unloading cargo and equipment.
• Load/offload luggage using belts or forklifts and transport to locations.
• Maintain ramp and warehouse areas; marshal and push back aircraft.
• Prepare flights by seating, meals, upgrades and load coordination.
• Conduct boarding and gate duties and manage passenger announcements.
