Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent for KOA/AS to assist passengers with baggage, resolve issues on delayed or damaged items, and track luggage with specialized software. You must be 18+, a US worker, and pass drug and background checks; ramp/SIDA training is required.

The role entails heavy lifting (70 lbs) and working in a fast-paced airport environment with a focus on professional customer service.

Qualifications

Must be a local (in-state) resident.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid In-State Driver's License.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Must complete ramp and SIDA training for airport identification security.
Must be able to carry heavy items (70 pounds) regularly.
Must be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.

Responsibilities

Assists passengers with their baggage pick-up.
Assists passengers to resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.
Handles customer interaction in an efficient, professional manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities.
