Qualifications

• 5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt and maintenance of submittals.
• Update and maintain logs for RFIs in PM Web.
• Maintain project files for document management.

Skills

Technical/Construction background

Knowledge in design and construction contracting practices

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
