Job summary

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to manage a portfolio of airport construction projects. You will work with Airport Program Administrators and Engineers to facilitate tasks, track submittals, RFIs, and schedules, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will use Procore or other CM software, prepare reports and correspondence, and coordinate meetings in person or virtually, interfacing with contractors, county, federal and state agencies to ensure

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of college in pre‑engineering, construction technology or related field with five years of field construction project experience.
• Experience using construction management software and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction project coordination and management for diverse projects of varying complexity.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure compliance with codes and schedules.
• Review plans, specs, and contract documents; assist with cost estimates and change orders.
• Prepare meeting minutes and status reports; track submittals and RFIs.
