Job summary

Aviation Enterprise in the United States seeks a Construction Project Administrator to provide project administration and technical support, including budget preparation, recordkeeping, on-site progress monitoring, cost forecasting, and review of technical documents.

You will assist engineers at Washington Dulles or Reagan National Airports, perform Alternate COTR duties as needed, coordinate with designers, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in construction project administration and cost estimation.
• Ability to speak and write effectively.
• Knowledge of project control processes and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; input data into project control systems.
• Monitor construction in progress and ensure work meets contract specs and industry standards.
• Perform quality control reviews and coordinate construction progress reports.
• Confer with designers to ensure design intent is satisfied in construction.
• Facilitate project meetings, site visits, and RFIs.
• Assist in coordinating construction and A/E firms' services; ensure timely submittals.
