Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; related certifications are a plus.
• Five years of full-time professional experience in a related field is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify project needs, define objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans while ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, estimate required resources, and prioritize milestones.
• Perform project management for complex, multi-disciplinary development and redevelopment projects.
• Lead design professionals, consultants, project engineers, and construction management teams.
• Track progress, risks, and performance, maintaining complete documentation and records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection and construction reports.
• Lead RFP and RFI processes for project-related procurement and services.
