Accura Engineering in Asheville, NC seeks a Construction Inspector-Aviation/Airport to perform detailed inspections and coordinate activities for airport construction projects. You will ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations while mentoring junior staff and communicating with project stakeholders.

The role requires travel to sites, heavy lifting, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of construction-related inspection experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead, learn, and apply relevant codes and guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections on multiple complex projects within an international airport facility.
• Review contractor work, materials, and certifications for compliance.
• Document non-conformances and coordinate field testing of materials.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specs, codes and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior inspection staff and communicate with stakeholders.
