• Knowledge of regulatory requirements of building trades and safety codes.
• Experience ensuring work meets contract specifications and quality standards.
• Experience with project management systems such as Unifier, Procore, E-Builder.
• Bluebeam Revu expertise for document management and site work.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to speak and write effectively.

Aufgaben

• Inspects general building components and structure.
• Monitors contractor progress to meet milestones and schedules.
• Reviews and validates payment requests against completed work.
• Collaborates with engineers, architects, consultants, and MWAA staff to resolve issues.
• Verifies materials and equipment comply with requirements.
• Ensures work is performed safely according to regulations.
• Creates daily reports and quality control documentation.
• Assists COTR with change orders, cost estimates, and negotiations.
• Coordinates utility outages with airport scheduling.
• Maintains constructability reviews of project plans.
