Job summary

The Encompass Group, a family-owned commercial construction company in Miami, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support an active airport project and grow into a PM role.

You will assist with RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors, and help keep projects on track. 1–3+ years of commercial construction experience and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam are required; airport/education experience is a plus. Mondays–Fridays, in office in Miami.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.
• Airport, K-12, or higher education project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, change orders, and project administration.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the PM.
• Serve as an “extra arm” to the Project Manager and help keep projects on track.
