American Airlines is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support Airport Customer Experience at Reagan National (DCA). You will ensure stations comply with Local, Federal, and Corporate mandates, maintain detailed records, and report discrepancies to leadership or HQ.

You will liaise with regulatory agencies and internal experts to address issues across areas like Dangerous Goods, FAA/TSA regulations, and environmental safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work varying hours and shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to maintain detailed compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stations meet Local, Federal and Corporate mandates.
• Investigate irregularities and escalate to leadership.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and SMEs.
• Oversee Dangerous Goods, FAA, TSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
