Sunshine Cleaning/Pritchard Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The role leads janitorial staff, ensures cleaning standards are met, and maintains safe, ready-to-use facilities for the next business day.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to train and supervise team members. Schedule includes extended hours; pay rate is $19.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
• Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Experience with all aspects of the Janitorial field including floor care.
• Ability to train and supervise employees.
• Responsible to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work extended hours and meet the physical demands of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use by the start of the next business day.
• Supervise janitorial staff, assign work, ensure quality standards are met.
• Address issues in real time and serve as primary contact during shift hours.
