AtkinsRéalis in Orlando, FL is seeking an Airport Civil Engineer (entry-level) to assist in planning, design and production of drawings for airport projects including runways, taxiways and aprons. The role involves data collection, calculations and collaboration with senior engineers.

The position is aimed at a BS in Civil Engineering with 0-2 years of experience; EIT preferred; CAD skills are required. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with airside and landside aviation projects desired
• PC and CAD skills required
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is desired

Responsabilités

• Assists in planning, design, and production of engineering drawings for airport and related civil projects.
• Performs data collection, routine calculations, and feasibility evaluations under supervision.
• Researches project site conditions and regulatory specifications or regulations.
• Prepares reports and permit applications with guidance from senior staff.
• Performs field observations of construction when appropriate.
• Contributes to design intent communication in drawings and specs.
