• Maintains a high level of communication with agents, supervisors, and management.
• Relates information regarding events that may affect operations.
• Demonstrates ability to work with others and interact appropriately.
• Monitors employee's sign in and sign out to assure accuracy of employee's hours.
• May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on manager's needs or airline activity.
• Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times.
