Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our Eugene airport location for an outdoor, customer-focused rental associate. You will help customers through the rental and return process on the airport lot, checking vehicles and entering data on a handheld device.

A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and a willingness to work outdoors and on varied shifts are essential. Compensation includes $16.50 per hour with a possible commission and shift premium, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-first mindset and desire to help customers.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move across the rental lot and handle vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the rental and return process on airport lots.

• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates.
• Check in vehicles at return.
