Adecco seeks a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-project capital investment programs across airport markets. You will oversee planning, design coordination, budgeting, procurement, permitting, construction, and turnover, while coordinating with airport authorities and internal stakeholders.

You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-budget delivery and timely milestones, with strong focus on risk mitigation and operational continuity in active airport environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification preferred, not required
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience managing commercial construction, capital development, engineering, infrastructure, or complex multidisciplinary projects
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary accountable leader for complex capital programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Independently leads multiple concurrent capital development projects and complex airport programs from planning to turnover
• Coordinates airport authorities, executive stakeholders, internal departments, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure successful program delivery
• Manages multimillion-dollar capital investment programs across multiple projects, including budgets, forecasts, and master schedules
• Develops and executes program delivery strategies including procurement planning, long-lead equipment management, and operational continuity
• Directs architectural and engineering coordination, permitting, and contractor selection in accordance with airport requirements
• Oversees external contractors, consultants, and installation teams ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality compliance
• Partners with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Technology to align capital deployment with business objectives
• Exercises independent judgment to resolve issues, evaluate scope changes, and mitigate risks
• Establishes program-level reporting including forecasts, schedule performance, and risk assessments
