Job summary

CC Holdings Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our cafe operations at the Indianapolis International Airport. This role requires leadership, hospitality, and a strong customer service mindset.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise shifts, and coach a team of 20+ employees across sandwiches, coffee, and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to manage a 20+ person team.
• Experience with product ordering, food cost management, setting pars, and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the General Manager in daily operations
• Provides an exceptional overall customer experience
• Identifies operational issues and coaches team members toward solutions
• Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations
• Assists with inventory management and product ordering
