CC Holdings Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for our cafe operations at the Indianapolis International Airport. This role requires leadership, hospitality, and a strong customer service mindset.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise shifts, and coach a team of 20+ employees across sandwiches, coffee, and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from October through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
