CC Holdings Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for our brands Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros at the Indianapolis International Airport. We offer weekly pay, bonus programs, PTO, insurance contributions, 401(k), employee discounts and growth opportunities.

You will oversee daily shift operations, support a fast-paced team, ensure food safety and quality, handle customer requests, and perform sandwich artist, cashier and CSR duties as needed.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass
• Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred
• Flexible schedule availability required

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
• Ensures smooth daily production and service operations
• Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed
• Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards
• Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
• Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
• Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment
• Assists with training and mentoring new team members
• Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture
