Unifi Aviation, LLC in Morrisville, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for passengers. You will assist with baggage pickup, resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and use software to track and catalog luggage.

The role requires fluent Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass a pre-employment screen and background check, and physical ability to lift heavy items.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Must be a local (in-state) resident.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
