Job summary
ERMC Aviation seeks a PBB/BHS Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of PBB and BHS equipment at Fletcher, NC. You will ensure safe docking/undocking during arrivals and departures, monitor system alarms, and coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and maintenance teams to minimize delays.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of airport ground handling or terminal operations, supervisory experience, knowledge of BHS/PBB systems, and familiarity with airport safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airport ground handling or terminal operations.
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience.
- Technical knowledge of BHS and PBB systems.
- Familiarity with airport safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of PBB and BHS equipment.
- Ensure timely and safe docking/undocking of PBBs during aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Monitor BHS performance and respond to system alarms or stoppages.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and maintenance teams to minimize delays.
- Liaise with maintenance contractors or internal engineering teams for preventative and corrective maintenance.
