Job summary

OTG Management operates Starbucks locations at IAH in Houston. OTG is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver the Starbucks experience, brew quality beverages, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment for travelers.

In this role you’ll work with a busy team, provide great guest service, and follow safety and quality standards while supporting store operations during varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fully conversational in English.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service and quality beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with training and coaching of new crew members.
• Partner with the team to deliver the OTG Starbucks experience.
