The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, 7+ years in designing CBIS, and should be a registered Professional Engineer. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in design of aviation Checked Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS).
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Must successfully pass background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Baggage Handling Systems including calculations and adherence to design standards.
• Conduct design reviews and customer technical presentations.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
